We believe in Lansing. We believe in working together. We believe in this project.

Continental/Ferguson remains committed to Lansing, the region and the state especially at this extremely difficult time of dealing with the COVID-19 crisis. The development team will continue to work with all stakeholders to make this $275 million dollar project successful! Creating over 1,000 jobs during construction and according to Anderson Economic Group, with more than a $500 million dollar economic impact over the next 30 years, this project is too important to not be successful. Not understanding the current or future economic impacts of the current Coronavirus pandemic, the private investment of $275 million dollars acts as a privately funded economic stimulus in Lansing, the region and state. We believe in Lansing. We believe in working together. We believe in this project.

From Frank Kass, Joel Ferguson & the Red Cedar Development Team

We hope that everyone stays safe and healthy during this difficult time. Together, we can overcome this by looking out for one another, being kind, thoughtful and thankful. It is critical that we help one another as a community to overcome this challenge. We continue to work closely with the City of Lansing, MSU, LBRA, MEDC, LBWL and more. We are committed to work along side the ICDC and EGLE to ensure that the contaminates that once existed in the soils of the former Red Cedar golf course have been removed and that remediation has occurred to prevent pollutants from leaching into the Red Cedar River. Together, we can combine economic development with environmental stewardship that is a win-win for business and the environment.
